AFROPUNK Paris

The festival season has officially started and I visited one of the most alternative ones. Yes, I went to the first Afropunk Paris Festival. It was beautiful, very inspiring and just beautiful. I would say fashionwise this is a place to be! I went there on Sunday, the second day of the festival with amazing performances of Lion Babe and Willow & Jaden Smith. My gosh it was so nice to see so many different, indipendent acts in one place.

Fashion, music, art and food. What elso you need, hu?!



The mix of african vibes, punk attitude and french flair was just incredible and unique. Please just see the pictures below to understand what I'm talking about.

Cape Town Hipster

I went to a graduatin fashion show in Cape Town. I kept it all black with a top/dress that has slits on both sides and skinny black jeans. Slippers and a backpack and you are good to go along with the hipsters. The hipster scene in Cape Town is still very present. Very present. My ponytail is standing up because I afroed the shit out of my hair.

Wake up flawles if you've got an afro tho. I woke up on a sunday morning with a bad hangover. Let's be real. I'm not gonna lie. Came home from going out with myself on Longstreet at 5am.

So I woke up, took my face on, touched up my hair a little bit and just added leo print shorts to the tee I still had on anyways. Fact.

I felt hella fresh doe. I woke up like this!

all black all good. I created a little under bust decollete what I really like. All you need is a bandeau bra or even any other (beautiful) bra and a top several sizes to large. I framed it with a kimono and skinny jeans. Also I'm wearing sandales today cause sometimes it's gotta be sandales.

Oh and yes, did I mention my hair? -It's awesome! As you can see. I am wearing my afro with pride.
